Summer heat has arrived with triple digit temperatures in many areas.  Heat and humidity combined with physical exertion can be the perfect combination to cause heat exhaustion or worse, heat stroke.  It is critical that you stay hydrated when working in these types of conditions.  Keep plenty of cold water on the truck with you at all times.  Take frequent breaks to allow yourself to cool.  Heat related illnesses can happen quickly  and with no warning.  Keep a watchful eye over others you may be working with.  By planning ahead, you can prevent heat related issues from occurring.
